My approach is to help identify how our intentions are not always recognized through our approaches, and to collaborate and assist in creating plans for getting our needs met and learning to adapt. My experiences in life directed me towards psychology, my education helped me gain an understanding of how to address mental health issues, while my passion for helping others is what I am proud of.
