Owner/DentistDr. Chad G. Slocum graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1998 and completed a one-year General Practice Residency at the University of Washington Medical Center in 1999, gaining advanced training in oral surgery, sedation, and complex restorative dentistry. As a surgical instructor for the California Implant Institute in Baja Mexico, Dr. Slocum is committed to the highest standards in implant dentistry, focusing on both the surgical and restorative aspects. He maintains his private practice in Mill Creek, WA, with an emphasis on implant surgery, bone grafting, and complex restorative care. Dr. Slocum is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology, one of only 12 credentialed members in Washington State, and holds fellowships with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the California Implant Institute. Patients appreciate his meticulous, patient-centered approach and the continuity of care provided entirely under one roof. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Slocum enjoys camping, hiking, fly fishing, skiing, and spending time with his family and their Standard Schnauzer, Kona.
