I specialize in older adults, caregiver stress, life transitions including recently diagnosed or living with chronic medical conditions, end of life, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. My therapeutic approach is a combination of frameworks including Social Justice, Co Becoming a healthcare provider developed as I worked alongside nurses, caregivers, doctors, and dietitians. I see both patients and providers benefit from a collaborative approach in addressing the whole person rather than individual parts.
